Dr. David Shulman, MD, DCAPM, CCFP, FCFP
Dr. David Shulman focuses his practice on managing chronic, non-cancer pain. He obtained his Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree from the University of Toronto. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Dalhousie University and an Anesthesiology residency at Hebrew University. He is a Diplomate of the American and Canadian Academies of Pain Management.
Dr. David Shulman has authored 20 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented at 17 scientific meetings. He is a member of the active medical staff at Markham-Stouffville Hospital, in their interventional pain management clinic. Dr. Shulman is also a consultant for, and supporter of, PARC, a chronic pain patient education and advocacy group.
Areas of Special Interest: Pain Management (including consultation, ultrasound-guided nerve block injections, joint injections, lidocaine infusion, and Botox injections).
