Ultrasound Guidance Services
The Wilderman Medical Clinic provides ultrasound-guided injection services in order to maximize the safety and efficacy of each treatment. Our professionally trained team of physicians uses ultrasound guidance as an effective tool for treating chronic pain conditions affecting joints, tendons, and ligaments.
Ultrasound allows the treating physician to use real-time images of the deeper tissues of a patient’s body to ensure that the injection needle is reaching its intended target. This allows for injection treatments with maximum effect and minimum risk.
Legal Assessment Services
For over 15 years, the Wilderman Medical Clinic has completed legal assessments and reports for personal injury lawyers and their clients across Ontario. We offer assessment services, both in-person and virtually, for Accident Benefits through OCF-18 forms Independent Medical Examination (IME) reports for SABS cases, and medical-legal assessment reports for TORT cases.

In order to address all aspects of our patient’s needs and maximize their quality of life, our team draws expertise from multiple fields; this complimentary approach provides our patients with the best possible resources for treating and managing their conditions.
Our team is comprised of interventional pain physicians, a psychiatrist, a psychotherapist, an outstanding team of nurses, lab technicians, a kinesiologist, and support staff with years of experience dealing with the complex needs of our diverse patients.
When You Need Answers, Our Doctors Can Help
I have multiple medical issues that cause acute pain. I have seen other physicians but I’d like to find better ways to manage my pain. Dr. Wilderman is a professional and very kind, understanding person. It’s hard to give a rating because the treatment of medical issues is a progressive one. Not everything works for everyone and you have to be patient. The great thing about Dr. Wilderman is that he and his team employ multimodal forms of treatment. I don’t know where this will go but I truly believe in the journey. One thing is true he’s very honest.

Dr. Esdaile and the technicians are amazing. I was in a great deal of pain, coming to the clinic for cortisone injections in my hips. Both the lady who assisted Dr. Esdaile and the doctor were kind, considerate, and attentive to my level of pain, assisting me with care and compassion. High-quality personal.Treats clients with care. Clean and peaceful environment. A little bit invasive tests and questionnaires for different researchers. Represented as – have to take it. Based on the surprised face of the lady at the desk when I said that I’ll pass on the test, BUT, it is up to the client to participate in different research or not. Overall, positive experience.
