About Body Wrap
Body wrap is a type of beauty treatment that involves application of skin cleansing ingredients on the body and then wrapped in hot towel.
It is designed to either slim or tone the body, hydrate or firm the skin, and soothe the muscles.
How does it work?
A person is wrapped with something like mud or bandages to gain therapeutic benefit. Some types of body wrap can relieve tired or heavy legs or aching joints, ease inflammation, and help in flushing out toxins from the body.
Any weight loss from the treatment is due to loss of water from the body so it is recommended to drink plenty of water before and after the treatment.
