Individual Psychotherapy

In an individual therapy the person has to meet the therapist one-on-one to discuss about one’s own suffering that arises in various forms such as; beliefs, feelings, behaviors, and other emotional responses in the body.

This therapy can help people to resolve barriers which interfere with positive traits, such as peace, self-esteem, joy, spiritual connection, compassion, and love.
