Group Psychotherapy


Group psychotherapy, like individual psychotherapy, is planned to help people who wish to improve their capability to overcome the difficulties and problems in their lives. The meeting is held among a set of 8-12 individuals and one or two therapists. Group therapy concentrates on interpersonal communication, so that the group addresses different relationship problems, emotional difficulties and encourages personal development of all participants. In a group therapy each participant will have an opportunity to work through various situations.

Group psychotherapy is suitable for a variety of problems and difficulties, of people who would like to develop their interpersonal skills and people with emotional problems like anxiety, depression, etc. The group relation and communication help participants to identify, get feedback, and change the patterns that are impairing their relations.
