Cancellation And No Show Policy


We are trying to take care of each individual patient’s needs during the patient’s visit. However, in order to decrease waiting times and as a courtesy to your fellow patients, we maintain a strict No Show/Cancellation Policy for all our patients.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call the Wilderman Medical Clinic at least two business days before your appointment to reschedule in order to accommodate another patient. Cancellations must be done in person or over the telephone speaking directly to one of our staff.

A patient who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting our clinic at least two business days in advance is considered a “no-show”, barring medical emergencies.

Second No Show A $144.75 charge will be billed to the patient directly. A $62.75 charge will be billed to the patient directly.
Third No Show The patient will be discharged from our practice. The patient will be discharged from our practice
